Manx-born Stephen joined the Casino in February 2006 as a trainee dealer; since then he has risen through the department to gain his latest promotion as deputy casino director, which sees him responsible for the hotel’s Casino and Kursaal operations and managing a 50-strong workforce. Stephen says: “I have always loved the buzz of the gaming environment and the thrill our customers feel when enjoying a game is really great to see. My team and I are very customer-focused and we thrive on the challenge of delivering a fantastic experience for our guests”.
