Claire re-joined the company in 2018 as group events manager which entails leading a small team of event coordinators and working closely with corporate companies, event organisers and brides-to-be. As a real “people person”, Claire’s favourite part of the job is getting to know her clients throughout the planning process; and finds it most satisfying to deal with an event right from the initial enquiry through to completion, which can be up to a year in the planning.

 Working as the liaison between the client, operational staff and chefs can be challenging at times; but Claire believes that excellent communication and attention to detail is what ensures the event is a success and our customers leave happy.
