The Best Western Palace Hotel and Casino are offering the opportunity to undertake training in all areas of a busy commercial kitchen under the training and guidance of Head Chef, Chris Swinden.
The training plan will include all areas of the kitchen including banqueting for up to 600 people on a busy day through to the fast paced service of a busy restaurant/bar. You will need to have a commitment for this role, along with a passion for the work you will create.
You must be able to work shifts, including weekends. All ages and abilities will be considered.
