The Best Western Palace Hotel and Casino require a chef to undertake basic preparation work within the main kitchen mainly for banqueting events. The successful candidate would be expected to create cooked continental meat, fruit, fish, salad and other platter style food after training. Experience is not essential as full training will be given, but attention to detail is paramount. The hours for this role could be flexible, can be day-time shifts, but would include weekends.
