As Chef de Partie you will be working in all sections of the kitchen supporting your team day-to-day. We have a busy functions department offering both carvery and plated options. We also have a restaurant and bar menu. As a CDP you would have an all round knowledge of these areas. Applicants for this position must have a minimum of 3 years experience, and be willing to work with a positive attitude towards creating good quality food. Applicants must be over 18 with no unspent criminal convictions.
